Staying Fit

I not only believe in eating clean, but also in exercise. Abs are made in the kitchen, but with a bit of a workout, you can make them even better! I do go to the gym when i can, but when i don't, i do a personal "at home" workout to stay in shape. I always thought that just because i looked how i did in the above photos, that i was fit. But there's a difference between being "fit" and "skinny", and unfortunately in those three photos, i was skinny. As you can see i am not toned or have defined muscles.

It's been a while since i can say I've been pleased with my body, but now i am finally started to see a good change. I like the way my tummy looks and i'm content with my physical and mental health. I think in order to achieve your physical goals, you first have to think it, mentally.
